Eligibility for Application
– Applicants must have completed at least a high school education in their home country.
– Applicants must have a level of Japanese equivalent to JLPT N5.
– Applicants must be recognised by the school as having a clear and appropriate purpose for studying Japanese.
– Applicants must be able to support themselves for the duration of their studies and provide evidence of this.
– Applicants must have a sponsor in Japan or their home country.
Admissions Process
Admission is determined on the basis of a written review of the application form and a face-to-face or online interview. The interview is character-oriented and includes a comprehensive assessment of the applicant’s willingness to learn Japanese, whether they have a Japanese language level equivalent to the JLPT N5, and whether there are any problems with the ability or reliability of the financial supporter to pay expenses.

The above amounts include excise duty.
The screening fee must be paid at the time of application, while other fees such as enrolment fees and tuition fees must be paid at the time of granting of residence status.
Please pay the national health insurance premium yourself.
The Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is applied for at the school.
Please prepare and pay the examination fee (7,500 yen per exam) to the school.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy
(1) If the Certificate of Eligibility is not issued
→All payments except the examination fee will be refunded.
(2) If you are issued a Certificate of Eligibility but do not apply for an entry visa and do not come to Japan.
→All payments except the screening fee and the entry fee will be refunded. However, you must return your admission letter and certificate of eligibility.

(3) If you applied for an entry visa at an overseas embassy, but it was not approved and you were unable to come to Japan.
→All payments will be refunded except for the examination fee and the admission fee. However, it is necessary to return the admission letter and
confirm that the visa was not issued by the overseas embassy.

(4) If you have obtained an entry visa but declined admission before coming to Japan
→If the entry visa is unused and has been confirmed to have expired, all payments except for the examination fee and the admission fee will be refunded.
However, the admission letter must be returned.
(5) If a student obtains an entry visa, comes to Japan and enrols, but withdraws midway through the school.
→As a general rule, tuition fees etc. paid will not be refunded.

- Photos (6 photos) (within 6 months, 4cm x 3cm) and photo data
- Employment Certificate (for those who are currently employed in their home country after graduation)
