Application Flow
- If you would like to apply, please request information and contact us if you have any questions.
- Please arrange an interview date for the applicant and the guarantor living in Japan, fill in the application form and come to the school.
- We will conduct a guarantor interview at our school. Applicants can apply locally or via Skype, depending on the country.
- Please prepare the application documents and send them to our school.
- Please transfer the screening fee of 22,000 yen to the account specified by our school.
- Our school will apply for a “Certificate of Eligibility” from the Immigration Bureau.
- The Immigration Bureau will conduct an examination, and if there are no problems, a “Certificate of Eligibility” will be issued.
- We will contact applicants who have been issued with a [Certificate of Eligibility] and ask them to transfer the tuition fee to the account specified by our school.
- Upon confirmation of the payment, we will send the original Certificate of Eligibility, Letter of Acceptance and instructions for coming to Japan to the applicant.
- Upon receipt of the Certificate of Eligibility, the applicant should apply for a “Student Visa” at a Japanese Embassy or Consulate overseas.
- Please arrive in Japan by the date specified by the school.
